Benefits Of Doing Yoga Outside
Summer is a great time of the year to take your practice outside. Some poses are more suitable to practise in certain places and I picked out a few to play around with under the big blue skies. I love to take my mat outside and venture out in nature. In doing so, I gathered up a few helpful tips by experience.
A few hints of caution and preparation
Don’t practise in the direct sunlight. When you are active and in the full sun, you might get a sunburn, get heat stroke or in a milder case, you will end your practice with a big headache. So make sure you protect yourself by practicing in the shade. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. When practising in the park, wear mosquito repellent to keep those bugs at bay. 안전놀이터추천
Start with Group Yoga
If you are new to doing yoga outside then joining an already established group can be the easiest and most encouraging way to get started. Choose a class in your local area and get along to check it out. This also gives you the opportunity to meet a new yoga teacher, and to expand your own yoga community. If there are several different classes to choose from, then why not go to each for a taster. You can then make your mind up about which one suits your needs and style best.

4. Builds confidence
Doing outdoor yoga can be awkward on the first try. But that is where the challenge lies. The exercise will force you to step out of your comfort zone to discover new interpretations and familiarity with a new environment outside your home or a gym studio. According to Amos, “Your body is a research instrument. Learn how to use it.”
5. Lessens exposure to stress
Again study revealed that people who have more exposure to the forested setting than an urban environment will be less prone to stress. Clifford cited that Buddha, who regularly went on meditation, was in a forest and not in a hall when he exercised his mind. The sounds produced by the wind, trees, and birds bring more comfort and relaxation to a person.
